State Requirement Disclaimer

 

State licensing requirements for the application of any advanced technique taught by The School of Glamology® vary from state to state and are subject to change without notice. It is your responsibility to research and comply with the laws and requirements for performing any technique in your state.

 

The School of Glamology® sells products and training only to licensed and/or certified professionals in the beauty, medical, or dental industry. In states that do not require a license for certain disciplines (e.g., permanent makeup artistry), we may require proof of formal certificate training or acceptable credentials within the beauty, medical, or dental fields prior to enrollment or purchase.

 

It is solely your responsibility to confirm whether you are legally permitted to perform any technique you are trained in. For questions, please email info@schoolofglamology.com.

• We collect information you voluntarily provide when registering, purchasing, or contacting us.

Return & Refund Policy – Products

 

• Tangible products may be returned within 7 calendar days of receipt.

• Items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

• Shipping charges are nonrefundable.

• Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within the card issuer’s timeframe.

Refund Policy – Trainings & Courses

 

• No refunds will be issued for any training deposits or payments.

• If you cannot attend, you may reschedule and receive a credit toward a future class.

• Once training is provided, the knowledge is yours to keep; refunds are not available.

• Students may retake the course once at no additional charge if additional practice is neede

 

Terms & Conditions of Service

 

• Our courses issue professional certificates in all states and both a professional certificate and a state license in the state of Georgia for qualified students.

• Outside of Georgia, it is your responsibility to verify with your state board or licensing agency if additional licensing is required to perform services or gain employment.

• Employment acceptance of our certificates or licenses is at the discretion of the salon, spa, or employer.

• Instructors may require additional practice before issuing your certificate or license. All requirements must be met prior to release.

Liability Disclaimer for All Services

By booking any service at The School of Glamology®—whether through our website, by phone, in person, via Groupon, or through any third-party booking platform—you acknowledge and agree to the following:

 

• Services may be performed by licensed instructors or by students under supervision.

• Regardless of who performs the service, The School of Glamology®, its owners, instructors, students, employees, and affiliates shall not be held liable for any claims, damages, injuries, burns, allergic reactions, or adverse effects allegedly resulting from services performed.

• You agree to immediately inform the service provider if you experience any discomfort, pain, or adverse reaction so adjustments can be made.

• By booking, you voluntarily assume all risks and fully release The School of Glamology® and all associated parties from any and all liability.

• All services are provided as-is without guarantees, and results will vary.

Mentorship & Continued Support

Every instructor at The School of Glamology® is also a mentor. If you require additional practice or assistance after your class, we are committed to supporting you at no extra charge.
